DYXY Stocks lets you buy and sell tokenized versions of well-known US stocks and ETFs, such as Tesla, Nvidia or Apple, straight from your wallet. Each token is issued by a regulated tokenization provider and backed 1:1 by a real share held in custody. You trade them with a regular token swap, at any hour, on any day.

How tokenized stocks work

  1. An issuer buys the real share and holds it with a custodian.
  2. The issuer mints a token that represents one share, or a fixed fraction of one, onchain.
  3. You swap for the token with stablecoins or other tokens, just as you would swap any other asset on DYXY.
  4. You hold the token in your own wallet. You can sell it back at any time, move it, or keep it.
The token tracks the price of the underlying share. It is not a derivative: there is no leverage, no funding and no liquidation.

Issuers

DYXY lists tokenized stocks from several issuers. Each issuer has its own token naming, supported networks and terms. The issuer of every token is shown on its market page. Always check which issuer you are buying from: tokens of the same stock from different issuers are different assets.

Trading 24/7

Tokenized stocks trade onchain around the clock, including weekends and US holidays. The US stock market itself does not.
When the US market is closed, the token price is set only by onchain supply and demand. It can drift away from where the share will open on the next trading day. Spreads may also be wider and liquidity thinner outside US market hours.

Dividends and corporate actions

How dividends, splits and other corporate actions are handled depends on the issuer. Some reflect dividends in the token’s value or adjust token balances. Tokenized stocks usually do not carry voting rights. Check the issuer’s terms for the exact treatment.

Eligibility

Tokenized stocks are not offered to everyone. Issuers typically exclude US persons and residents of several other jurisdictions. You are responsible for checking that you are allowed to buy and hold tokenized securities where you live.

Fees

Stock swaps carry the standard DYXY trading fee on the traded amount, plus network gas. With a referral code, the fee is 10% lower. See Fees.
